We are a community of therapists who believe that healing is not a solitary path, but a journey best tended with care, presence, and connection. Just as the thistle stands strong and blooms in unexpected places, we honor the resilience within every person who comes through our doors.
Our therapists bring diverse backgrounds, specialties, and approaches, yet we share a common goal: to offer warmth, safety, and compassion. We listen deeply, walk gently alongside you, and trust in the natural process of growth.
Together, we weave a cooperative practice rooted in respect, shaped by curiosity, and guided by the belief that even in life’s most difficult seasons, beauty and strength can emerge.
